Terms and Conditions (Import Service):
We work with available and suitable local shipping companies for our clients,
providing tracking numbers upon shipping to follow up and ensure your parcels arrive on time.

1- The maximum parcel weight is 10 kilograms.
2- The company does not handle parcels classified as prohibited items such as harmful, hazardous, or flammable materials.
3- If the sender sends parcels that fall into the prohibited categories or places an order containing such items, the company has the right to reject them. If mistakenly received, the responsibility lies solely with the sender and not the company.
4- The company's responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the main postal branch.
5- The company is not responsible for paying customs duties in the buyer’s country.
6- The company is responsible for packaging the parcel in a way that protects it from scratches, cracks, dents, bends, or any separation of its contents.
7- The company is not responsible for any damage or loss of parcel contents or the parcel itself during transportation.
8- Tracking numbers will be entered into the system within 24-48 hours after the order is completed.
9- Esells is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of orders until they are handed over to the main postal branch.
10- Esells is not responsible for the loss of any parcel after it is delivered to the main postal branch. Our responsibility ends upon delivery and shipment.
11- Orders without complete address information (sender and recipient) will not be accepted.
12- The company is not responsible for contacting suppliers to obtain lower prices than those listed on the website.
13- Service fees are calculated based on the postal system, according to weight and country. Please note that prices are subject to change depending on the source postal branch.
14- No order will be accepted unless it is entered into the Esells Importer system.
16- The company reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions after notifying clients.
17- When placing an order, payment must include the product cost, all applicable commissions, state tax, and local domestic shipping.
18- You bear full responsibility if you place an order directly from the supplier.
19- Orders cannot be canceled after being placed and receiving a tracking number.

How to Use the Importer Service:

Please follow the steps provided in the recorded lessons about the import service before placing any order.

First: Watch the recorded video explaining how to use the import service.
Second: Recharge your Importer balance via credit card through the academy website.
Third: Pay for each order or any outstanding balance in your personal account (via the academy website).
Fifth: Provide the sender’s address (you as the seller) and the recipient’s address (your buyer), ensuring both addresses are clearly separated, and include a phone number — especially in the sender’s address — for communication.
