At Importer, we are committed to delivering your orders in a reliable and timely manner.
Our shipping process is handled in collaboration with trusted local and international courier services to ensure the best experience for our clients.
1- All parcels are shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is completed.
2- A tracking number will be provided within 24–48 hours of shipment to allow clients to monitor their order status.
3- Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and shipping method selected.
4- Importer is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or other external factors.
5- All packages are securely packed to protect the contents from damage during transit. However, any damage resulting from carrier mishandling is beyond our responsibility once the parcel is handed over to the shipping company.
6- Importer does not cover customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
7- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to receive the shipment, the client will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
8- Delivery is considered complete once the parcel is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
9- In case of lost parcels or non-delivery, clients must notify us within 7 days from the expected delivery date to initiate an investigation with the carrier.
10- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once shipped.
